These items are not toys and are not intended for interactive or unsupervised play. Due to their custom-made and detailed nature, they may contain small or delicate parts.

For safety, we recommend keeping all 3D creations out of reach of young children and placing them in a secure display location.

Care & Handling

Our 3D creations are carefully handcrafted and finished, but they require gentle handling.

Please avoid dropping, bending, exposing to heat, or placing heavy objects on the model. These items are designed to be enjoyed visually and treated with care to preserve their quality and appearance.

Customization & Artwork

By submitting your child’s drawing or artwork to 3Dme, you grant us permission to use the image solely for the purpose of creating your custom 3D model.

To ensure structural stability and the best possible result in 3D form, minor adjustments may be made while staying true to the original artwork.

3Dme reserves the right to decline artwork that is inappropriate, offensive, or infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights.

Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in packaging each 3D creation to ensure it arrives safely.

Once an item has been shipped, 3Dme is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit by postal or courier services.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can assist you.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, refunds or returns are not offered for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item is faulty or significantly different from the approved design. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an issue.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.

Any personal information and submitted artwork will only be used to fulfil your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Artwork images will only be used for promotional purposes with explicit permission from the parent or guardian.
